1. Payment Terms

All payments for sink top installation, laminations, and related services must be completed at the time of order confirmation unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment methods. Transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

By submitting payment information, you authorize Hoak's Lamenations & Insulations to charge the full amount for the requested services. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment details.

2. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may include applicable state and federal taxes. Hoak's Lamenations & Insulations reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but confirmed and paid orders will not be affected.

3. Refunds

Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

• If services were not delivered as agreed due to our error.
• If an order is canceled prior to the commencement of work.
• If required by applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to kadenrichard@hoakslaminates.com within 14 days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Payments for completed or custom installation services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, custom laminations, large-scale installations, and specially requested finishes.

5. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly for any billing questions. Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution and could result in denial if services were delivered as agreed. Hoak's Lamenations & Insulations reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks for valid transactions.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding payments or service delivery must be reported within 30 days of the transaction. Hoak's Lamenations & Insulations will handle disputes in compliance with U.S. commercial law to ensure fair resolution.
